Another article that responds to precarious work is Peter Waterman, Alice Mattoni, Elizabeth Humphrys, Laurence Cox, Ana Margarida Esteves's article \"For the global emancipation of labour: new movements and struggles around work, workers and precarity\". In the article, they were able to tackle precarious work by dwelling on case studies about precarious worker's abilities of self- organization and self-advocacy beyond traditional trade unions. Both articles found similar responses to precarious work but I find that union in Blado's perspective is more effective because it is a social movement that allows workers to work together to seek any inadequate behaviour and finding solutions while spreading awareness
