The Shoe House, (IHS) uses different online marketing channels (manged by an ad agency) to acquire new customert for its online shop: Google Shopping, Google Search (oponsored), YouTube, Inatagram ac Facebook, and TikTok. At the beginning of each moath, IHS sets a tales target for each channel at 9% more than the attributed sales of the previous month. Turoughout the month it compares actual sales for that month with the target and assesses performance by calculating the differeace berween the actual ales and the target (that in, bow much more is needed to reach the target) and by calculating the percentage of the target realized by the actual sales: THS atso calculates commussions paid to its ad agency, which is currenthy set at 4 of of sales.
