Credibility as a leader is very important. As a leader we have to be real and get trust by team members. If we lose trust, it is very hard to get it back, so we have to make sure what we present are facts and our observations are credible. In order to exercise credibility, Kallet (2014) listed some questions to ask ourselves. "How do you know that to be true?" "How was this data validated?" and "How did you come to that assumption?" In addition, we have to check the source to see if the source itself is trustworthy. Our credibility as a leader influences team members and organization productivity and performance
