Choose a public figure you believe is dynamic, but whose image suffers due to lack of competency, goodwill, or integrity. Provide concrete, supporting examples of actions the person has taken that helped form your opinion.

Then select a public figure you believe is competent or has great integrity, but whose image suffers due to lack of dynamism. You will need to give good examples to support your belief.

Consider both examples. The first is a public figure who had dynamism, but in this case not integrity or goodwill.

In the second, the public figure displayed integrity and competence, but not the dynamism needed to win public favor in a presidential election.
