Credo Memo Assignment.

Assignment:

Imagine that your organization has afforded you the chance to take a six-month sabbatical, all expenses paid. You will not be permitted to communicate to anyone at your office or plant (or whatever job you have) while you are away -- not by letter, phone, fax, e-mail, text, or other means. But before you depart, those with whom you work need to know the principles that you believe should guide their decisions and actions in your absence. They need to know the values and beliefs that you think should steer the organization while you're away. After all, you'll want to beable to fit back in on your return.

Questions:

1. If you run an organization what is the backdrop that you would like to operate such as principles, values?

2. What would you work in your organizations in values, code ethics. You are the leader in your organization, so what are you striving to towards your organization to conduct ethically? So ,what are the ethics you want the company and yourself to live by? Be specific and describe an a two essay format.
