This plan has work well for us. In an effort to be more aware of different dietary requirements, I reccommend we use these herbs to prepare our meals. 1. Basil. Having a sweet flavor with an aromatic odor, basil is used whole or ground. It is good with lamb, ground beef, vegetables, dressing, and when you make omelets. 2. Chives. With a sweet mild flavor of onion, this herb are excellent in salads, fish, soups, and potatoes
