Crime Prevention Community Cafe will be held quarterly 1st quarter Day & time for the Cafes? How many potential guests, per event? How will you evaluate outcome and impact? 1. Jan-March Caf will be held Thursday Evening at 4:00pm-5:30pm. Finalize room setup and put out refreshments for attendees. Set up registration, displaying the sign-in sheet. Prepare to receive guests. Check-in attendees and greet media; speakers present. Each cafe will be planned for 25- 50 people including there family members as well
