E. Gina wanted to buy Larry's house, so she offered him her Pepsi Cola stock. Larry needed to sell the house quickly, so he agreed to Gina's offer. The face value of the stock was $350,000, so Larry signed over the deed, and Gina signed over the stock. The next day, the Pepsi stock dropped to half the amount. Larry was so upset that had told Gina to pay the difference. Gina refused. What if anything can Gina be charged with and why or why not?

F. Mary was at a party at Sue's house. While she was in the bedroom retrieving her coat to leave the party, Mary saw Sue's diamond earrings on the dresser. Mary picked up the earrings, tried them on, and put them in her pocket. As she was leaving the bedroom, she saw a security camera and continued out the door. She put the earrings back. Mickey and Minnie used to borrow each other's bikes without asking permission. One day, Minnie was taking a nap and Mickey borrowed her bike. Minnie woke up and realized her bike was gone. She didn't see Mickey anywhere, so she called the police to report the bike stolen. Soon after, Mickey came back to her home with the bike and said he borrowed it. What if anything could Mickey be charged with and why or why not? I. Ida worked at Best Buy. Her boss gave her some gift cards and told Ida to sign up potential customers and give them a gift card in exchange for receiving their emails. Ida's friend Gil came in and Ida had a crush on him. Gil said he never shopped there before, so Ida said that if he would sign up his email, he could receive a cash card. Gil didn't want any more emails so he said he would be a customer, but he didn't want to give his email. Ida gave him a gift card, and he asked her out.
