Immediately after completing a two-year term as Chief Judge of Division One, Judge Taylor began a one-year term as Presiding ChiefJudge of the Court of Appeals on April 4, 2013. Judge Taylor also serves as chair of the Court of Appeals Rules Committee. Judge Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Montana in 1979.
