After driving 2km, Swarhila instructs Mrs Baloyi to pull over to the side of the road. Swarhila pulls Mrs Baloyi out of the car, shoots her in the stomach with the intent to kill her and takes off in her car. Mrs Baloyi survives the attack, but the unborn child dies. 1.1 Suppose you are the state prosecutor in the matter. Based on the facts above, indicate the crime(s) with which you will charge the suspect. Explain the reasons for your decision in full with reference to the elements of the crime and any applicable case law and/or legislation.
