Sally Jones called campus police and reported that her roommate's boyfriend, John Smith, was selling drugs on the corner of Main Street and Broadway. Sally said that John prepares the drugs for sale in her dorm room and she would like the police to do something about it. She gave a description of his appearance, including what he was wearing. Police went to that corner and saw a man who matched the description leaning against a post. Explain why you think the police may or may not arrest John.
