At the senior levels of Human Resources many crisis's will present themselves from executives rapidly trying to disavow themselves from behavior gone badly. Often, they will look for someone to blame - and yes, they will pretend it is all on someone else's responsibility and be careful - if you hold up your hand they will be happy to blame you! A major role of Human Resources is to make certain problems are investigated and laws, policies, and procedures are followed. It is also to have common sense as to how they are followed as well. Regardless, people are human and human make mistakes - even when they might not admit to them!
This can be completed as either a group project or you can choose to individual project.
