This week, I have "a client" from the upper level of an academic institution who needs your insights on something.

This administrator, whom we will call Alena, is concerned about the quality of online education, and specifically, online courses. Her concern is that there may be weaknesses in online courses that could be problematic, and eventually, lead to a crisis.

This is where we need your insights. We need you to identify five specific problems that you are aware of, perhaps even witnessed in an online course, that could be problematic for the university. You do not need to identify a solution, just identify the problem.

The way you can present this is in a numbered list, with a sentence or two after each item that you are discussing.
