Critical analysis of a research article, from 2012 onwards, under the topic: Traditional models and changes in Human Resources Paradigms 1. Traditional Values 2. Change in macro-environment 3. Change in work structure 4. Redesign of the Human Resources department and functions.

You can search for more than one article and/or information pertinent to the topic to argue and elaborate an analysis with supporting documents.

Format: A. Introduction 1. Elaborate the bibliography of the article following the A.PA format. 2. Briefly explain the reason or reasons for choosing the topic, its relevance. B. Brief critical summary of the article (Brief summary, statement of the issue or problem, author's point of view, supporting argument from other authors who agree or deny the findings, socio-historical-cultural context, conclusions, personal reaction to the article, contextualization to the Puerto Rican scene). Giving importance to the following questions: 1. What is the author's main argument? What other points does the article propose? 2. What evidence (data, facts, studies carried out...) does the author present to support his argument and how reliable is it? C. Personal criticism: 1. Are you agree with the author's conclusions? Explain the answer, whether positive or negative. 2. Are the author's recommendations, if any, appropriate? 3. What implications, if any, do the author's findings or recommendations have for society or for you in particular?
