Many individuals are likely to review a companys financial statements. Among these stakeholders are executive managers, potential investors, loan officers, and prospective employees. When disseminating financial statements, it is not uncommon to include commentary or discussion points related to the figures. These comments are often intended for a limited audience. The Hide and Unhide commands can be used to ensure that comments are displayed within a worksheet only when desired.
