critique on the importance of setting SMART goals. Then apply the SMART criteria to develop at least two measurable goals that you believe might be goals for the outcomes of the following program. Specifically state what those goals would be.
A prison established a year-old program called SKILL to deliver substance abuse treatment, employment training, and educational services to people during their incarcerations. The extent of an individual's involvement in SKILL was dependent upon the individual's risks, needs, and willingness to participate. All participants were required to have been sentenced to a term of 2-5 years of incarceration. Participants were interviewed three times (if possible): soon after the completion of the program, six months after the completion of the program, and six months after their release from the facility. These interviews were intended to determine the long-term effects of SKILL.
Unless otherwise noted, your discussion board entries should include paragraphs and full sentences addressing a specific question I have posed. You will also need to thoughtfully respond to one entry or comment to receive full credit for the assignment. The quality of your comments to your peers counts more than the quantity of comments.
Please include in-text citations as necessary for any sources that I assigned or suggested for this course, but a full reference is not necessary for those sources. If you choose to use sources that you found yourself, please include both an in-text citation and full reference citation for those sources.
