Crown Bicycle Company is located in Toronto and needs some help with it's supply chain network design.

The firm has one DC in Toronto and primarily sells to Customers like Canadian Tire, Walmart and Costco who have warehouses in Toronto also. The world is changing quickly though and Crown needs to evaluate and enhance its supply chain network based on industry/customer preferences as described below:

• End customers want to buy from Crown direct online and be shipped to homes
• Walmart has opened up a Western DC in Calgary and needs same day deliveries from Crown to its DC in that region
• Crown has starting flowing a large portion of their bikes from a new factory in China vs manufacturing them previously at Crown's Toronto facility
• Crown has started selling to Walmart US who has 60 DCS throughout the US
