Cruel and unsual punishment is like the imprisonment without parole. I believe is very important to actually talk about this topic when we are children because the ones who recevies this type of punihsment before any law is them. Real life instence could be argued that an unusually harsh peanlty that carried out when non violent drug criminal gets. Fines and fees are necessary.
