Reflection using Management Principles

Choose some past situation in your work life whether employment, school, or activity that you feel that you (and team) was either successful or not in its mission. Describe the circumstance with enough details for another to understand the situation. You do not need to include names, organizations, or any other identifiable information. Based on all the management principles (concepts, theories, patterns, models, practices, etc.,) covered in this class, analyze the situation and identify the key mechanisms / reasons for the success (or not) of the situation. Make recommendations as to how you would improve the situation to be more successful if you were to relive the same circumstances again. Be specific about the analysis / application of management principles in your discussion.
