I had to put myself in the shoes of icement .and based on what Ihave learned so far; I came up with the following Ioughts for some of the steps lwould take in the first 90 days . h trust and use Candor d foremost .the reason for CEO's firing was not performance -related .but due to ating company policies by having a consensual relationship with an employee the trust and respect of the board .That's where lwould start first . I would use leadership principle of establishing a relationship of trust by being candid and ant with the board about my understanding of the business and what lneed to bout the business challenges (Welch ,1). I for Transparency s a lot to like about how the company was transparent on why they red their nd how well itwas received outside the company. I would use it as an example to for transparency in my team .
