flagship Leadership Programs in Consulting, Marketing, HR and Finance, students are getting attracted
towards the platform due to the positive word of mouth marketing & smooth delivery of the detailed module by
the corporate mentors.
Now, company wants to focus more on its business consultancy services Campus to Business and aims to
penetrate in Bschools, Eschools, and startup ecosystem with its monthly subscription based model of

Starthub Mentorship Program:
StartHub Learning Hub for Startups mentorship program offers access to a deep and widereaching
network of investors, mentors, industry experts, and enterprises, which the startups can leverage to fasttrack
their growth and advancement. The program is also backed by a strong Steering Committee, members of
which come from diverse backgrounds within the startup ecosystem.
We have identified three important phases of any startup; Early Phase, Growth Phase, and Expansion
Phase, with our customized & personalized solutions we offer a wide range of services depending upon the

projects based on the requirements of different startups, founders, etc.
Aim is to penetrate in its targeted market segment & to onboard at least Paid clientsPreferably
Startups who are looking for the mentorship in next months simultaneously focusing on community
building & onboarding new Mentors & learners on the platform.
Problem Statement:
As a Business Growth & Strategy ConsultantPartner you need to devise the endtoend implementation
strategies to help Skilled Sapiens get penetrated in the Bschools, Eschools, and startup ecosystem
targeted market segment You may include GTM Growth & Expansion Strategy, Brand Building
campaigns & approaches
Prepare a detailed monthwise action plan, objectives, deliverables, strategies to onboard mentors,
startups, colleges, etc. starting from August, for next months to support your strategies in order
to achieve the abovementioned goal of onboarding paid clients, take conservative assumptions in
order to build your hypothesis and back these with your rationale
Prepare a detailed analysis of cost of operation, mentorship costamount to be given to mentors or any
other cost associated with the implementation and potential revenue projections for next months in
correspondence to it
