Currently Skilled Sapiens is more active in its educational consulting services (Campus to Corporate) and
have collaborated with several B-Schools to provide its mentorship to the students. With the introduction of its
flagship Leadership Programs in Consulting, Marketing, HR, and Finance, students are getting attracted
towards the platform due to the positive word of mouth marketing & smooth delivery of the detailed module by
the corporate mentors.
Now, company wants to focus more on its business consultancy services (Campus to Business) and aims to
penetrate in B-schools, E-schools, and start-up ecosystem with its monthly subscription based model of
Start-hub Mentorship Program
Start-hub Mentorship Program:
Start-Hub (Learning Hub for Startups) mentorship program offers access to a deep and wide-reaching
network of investors, mentors, industry experts, and enterprises, which the startups can leverage to fast-track
their growth and advancement. The program is also backed by a strong Steering Committee, members of
which come from diverse backgrounds within the startup ecosystem.
We have identified three important phases of any start-up; Early Phase, Growth Phase, and Expansion
Phase, with our customized & personalized solutions we offer a wide range of services depending upon the
phase of a respective startup. However, we want to focus more on Early Phase & Growth Phase start-ups in
terms of providing paid mentorship support at Skilled Sapiens as mentioned in below table:
Scope of work
Skilled Sapiens wants to create the one-of-its-own kind of startup community with college entrepreneurs, early
stage start-ups & freelancers and wants to reach-out to at-least 5000 active entrepreneurs, freelancers,
agencies, etc. to monetize the community via paid mentorship/programs with Start-hub mentorship program in
the next 15 months and via creating a marketplace for freelancers/domain experts/mentors to get the paid
projects based on the requirements of different startups, founders, etc.
Aim is to penetrate in its targeted market segment & to onboard at least 100 Paid clients(Preferably
Startups who are looking for the mentorship) in next 15 months simultaneously focusing on community
building & onboarding new Mentors & learners on the platform.
Problem Statement:
As a Business Growth & Strategy Consultant/Partner, you need to devise the end-to-end implementation
strategies to help Skilled Sapiens get penetrated in the B-schools, E-schools, and startup ecosystem
(targeted market segment). You may include GTM, Growth & Expansion Strategy, Brand Building
campaigns & approaches
Prepare a detailed month-wise action plan, objectives, deliverables, strategies to on-board mentors,
start-ups, colleges, etc. starting from August, 2023 for next 15 months to support your strategies in order
to achieve the above-mentioned goal of onboarding 100 paid clients, take conservative assumptions in
order to build your hypothesis and back these with your rationale
Prepare a detailed analysis of cost of operation, mentorship cost(amount to be given to mentors), or any
other cost associated with the implementation and potential revenue projections for next 15 months in
correspondence to it.
Please note, current monthly subscription fee for different phases of mentorship are mentioned below:
You are allowed to add/remove/increase/decrease the current package offerings/price based on your
market understanding and come up with your new product features/offerings across mentioned-below type
of start-ups (Provided you need to justify the changes you may do in the subscription prices)
Note: Everything should be Bootstrapped with a starting 20k initial investment in your hand, revenue we
generate from business later can be utilized back to the growth & expansions of the business
