Current structure consists of a functional / hierarchy, makes communication and collaboration between departments difficult and decisions aree made by higher ups. I am proposing a new structure consisting of a matrix, flattening the higherachy, cluster departments, assign function managers, assign project managrs, fostering collaboration and decisions will be made at the managerial level.
