Currently, my expertise lies in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and mental health services. Since these are interconnected fields that I enjoy, I could see myself working as a consultant to nonprofit organizations that serve clients with I/DD and/ or mental health concerns. For my capstone, I am conducting a summative program evaluation of an agency offering supported employment services to adults with I/DD. As a consultant to such an organization, I could see myself offering objective solution-based guidance, as needed to implement policy and procedural changes to improve the program's ability to successfully meet its objectives
