In that case, it can help companies create personalised marketing responses, develop new ideas, customise products and services, and give customers a lot of value and a competitive edge.

To ensure a seamless and trouble-free transition to the use of CRM software, there is the potential for a number of risks to be incurred. To mitigate these risks, a risk management strategy for implementation should be adopted. This plan should include the recording of risks in a risk register, the execution of periodical risk audits to detect issues before they develop or worsen, and the engagement of all project stakeholders and team members (Rojabanu & Alagarsamy, 2010)

Artificial intelligence is capable of identifying possible risks at an early stage, increasing the precision of project management, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of project outcomes (Ledro, et al. 2022). This is due to the fact that AI is able to draw conclusions based on the data it has access to, which gives it such power. For instance, based on historical data, Artificial Intelligence may automatically generate project timetables. Using data collection to automate administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, the sending of reminders, and the daily updating of information is one way to achieve success. This competency enables project managers and team members to focus on more difficult activities while assisting one another in problem-solving, which increases the probability of project success and decreases the probability of project failure.
