Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Infographic: Guidelines and Rubrics

Please find the following, attached information for our upcoming Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Infographic.

I am happy to answer any questions. However, please read carefully this message and/or the attached file for more detailed information. As the attached file has some revised information than the one in our syllabus, I will replace the original file with this.

Purpose: Infographics are visually appealing informational or persuasive "flyers" that present data in a way that is easy to understand and process. "For this assignment", you will create an original infographic on a cybersecurity awareness topic of your choice. You need to identify a problem or issue pertaining to cybersecurity awareness, provide background information to fully explain the problem, and offer a set of recommendations to address the problem. This infographic is not just informational, and there should also be all for some kind of action/response. Each of these items must be supported by scholarly sources (e.g., published studies, government reports).

Required Elements: Your infographic must contain the following information about your topic (you can use your own headings, but the following information must be present):

1. A title and your name
2. Background information
   1. Define your topic/issue
   2. Provide some relevant statistics/figures related to the topic
   3. Explain why this topic is important (this could be in the form of pros and cons, recent controversies, or a review of relevant information)
3. Policy Solutions or Recommendations
   1. Provide your proposed solution to the issue. Think about:
      1. What needs to happen?
      2. Who needs to be involved?
      3. How could this be funded?
4. Citations
   1. In-text citations
   2. Reference list

You must also include:

1. At least 1 chart or figure. You can use one that has already been created (with citation) or (still cite the data you used to create that chart).
2. At least 1 image (this can be a photograph, clip art, icon, etc.). If you use a photo, cite the source.
