CYJ inc will remain in business for one more year. The firm is considering choosing between two mutually exclusive projects. The project that is chosen will be the only source of cash flows for the firm next year and will hence determine the firm's market value next year. The firm currently has debt obligations of $500 million. Listed below are the two projects: Project A 50% probability in bad economy with cash flows of $500 million, 50% probability in a good economy with cash flows being projected at $700 million. Project B: 50% chance probability in a bad economy with probability of 50% and projected cash flows at 100 million, 50% chance in good economy with projected cash flows of $800 million. Question A.) Which project will the bondholders prefer and why? (please show work and explain why which number went where) Question B.) Which project will the stockholders prefer, and why? ( again, please explain the work and where the numbers came from, as I am really confused) Thanks
