Cynthia was out walking her dog one day and passed by the home of her neighbor, Blair. Blairs house had flooded recently, forcing her to completely remodel of the inside of her house. To do this, Blair had moved the entire contents of her house into her front yard. There was stuff everywhere to the point that it was almost impossible to walk through Blairs yard without bumping into a sofa, or a table or a stack of books. Some of the items were salvageable and just needed to dry out in the sun. For the items that were a total loss, Blair had a dumpster delivered to have those items hauled off. By the time Cynthia arrived, the dumpster was getting pretty full.

Instead of walking her dog by her neighbors house, Cynthia is now out for a quick jog when she comes across a three-ring binder. Thinking that odd, she unzipped and opened the binder to find it carefully and neatly packed with rows of baseball cards. While Cynthia is not much of a baseball fan, her nephew Donnie is, so she scoops up the binder and to bring to Donnie.
