D 1 : DB Project Analysis & Model ( Chapter 1 - 2 ) : Analyze the business needs thoroughly and create an Entity Relationship

D1: DB Project Analysis & Model (Chapter 1-2): Analyze the business needs thoroughly and create an Entity Relationship (E-R) model for StayWell to represent the entities and relationships involved. Submit it as a MS Visio file or a screenshot of the ERD model in a Word document.
Hint: refer to STAYWELL STUDENT ACCOMMODATION DATABASE section in Text Chapter 1-2 for more detailed company background information and business data requirements.
Hint: all major entities are already identified as illustrated in the sample data in the following attachment, i.e., the OFFICE, OWNER, PROPERTY, SERVICE_CATEGORY, SERVICE_REQUEST and RESIDENTS. The key is to think about the appropriate relationships among these entities and the cardinalities associated with these relationships (e.g.,1:1,1:M, or M:N). For instance, think about why theres a SERVICE_REQUEST entity and what role it plays in this data model?
Hint: you can also infer about the attributes of the entities based on the sample data given and the things StayWell wants to track regarding each entity. You need to decide and indicate primary keys and foreign keys as well. Document any design assumptions as necessary.
