D. Poor Anita Hug: She just had a very hard month. First, on october 1, 2005 Ruth Less orally agreed to sell Anita some land for $10,000 and accepted a deposi of $1,000 to bind the agreement. Later, upon learning that her cousin Clu would pay a higher price, Ruth refused to honor the contract with Anita. Next, on October 2, 2005, Anita orally agreed to work for "Shaky" Al LeBye as a hostess in his Chinese restaurant, Tsu Mi, from October 5, 2005 until October 1, 2006, but has found that she hates the job and is really anxious to quit -- but "Shaky" Al has threatened to sue her for breach of contract if she does. Finally, on October 3 2005, Anita's boyfriend Lou Pole orally promised her that if she agreed to marry him, he would give her a large monthly allowance, a new car every two years, and vacation each year to a destination of her choice. Anita was overjoyed to accept and the pair were married on November 1. Lou, however, has failed to keep his promise of a large monthly allowance, and when Anita brings up his other promises Lou merely laughs. (see why I started with "poor Anita?") Anita has come to your law firm for assistance; she wants to sue fo enforcement of her contract with Ruth Less, to get out of working for "Shaky" A LeBye, and to force Lou to live up to the promises he made that induced Anita to marry him. Whatever will become of poor Anita? Explain, 15 points
