D was a trainee fireman. One day, he was instructed by his instructor, Mike, to drive a fire engine at high speed along the countryside accompanied by loud sirens. The purpose of the loud sirens was to give precaution to other road users that a fire engine was nearby. P, the driver in front of D was agitated by the loud wailing noise of the sirens. D could see that P was agitated but he refused to slow down. He drove faster in order to overtake P car. As a result, P lost control of her car and the car hit a lamppost. P was injured and were sent to the hospital. The ambulance that carried P to the hospital met with an accident. P suffered additional injuries.

Advise P as to whether she will succeed in suing D for the injuries that she suffered.
