b) Create histograms and boxplots to examine the distribution of the amount of time per day spent standing or walking by type of subject. Comment on the suitability of using a parametric test to address the question of interest.

c) Regardless of your answer to part b), specify the name of an appropriate non-parametric test for this study. State the corresponding hypotheses in terms of the median activity level per day for lean and mildly obese subjects and test for a difference at the 5% significance level. Make sure you follow all the steps for hypothesis testing indicated in the Instructions section, show your computations, and confirm your results using statistical software.
