Dana wants to buy a new pair of shoes and goes on Lamoda.kz to find something in her taste.

While leafing through the pages of the website, she finds a shining pair of very expensive shoes that she loves for only 10.000 Tenge. She doesn't lose a moment, selects the right size and puts the shoes in the cart. Then immediately proceeds with accepting the terms and conditions and sends the order. She receives a regular email confirmation of her purchase.

After two days she receives another email from Lamoda, saying that their algorithm inserted the wrong price-tag and therefore they had to change the price of the shoes. If she wants the buy them, she has to pay 400.000 tenge.

Dana is extremely disappointed and sues Lamoda before the civil court of Almaty.
