Daniel wrote a song entitled "Wonderful." After registering the song with the Patent and Copyright Ofice, he used the designation at the bottom of the first page of music he wrote " 2022 by Daniel" Four months later a local band was playing his song at a bar without permission or license. Daniel felt that the bar was an inappropriate setting for his music. What is/are his legal remedy(ies)? Does it matter that he used the symbol ? Give legal reasons not personal opinions.
