Danny, aged 17 has just enrolled in Ivory College to pursue his studies in architecture. He ordered a laptop with the latest features for graphic design and video editing worth RM12,000 from Techno-Trend Bhd. Two weeks later Techno informed Danny that the laptop is now available for collection and Danny has to make payment. Danny could not pay as requested since he did not have the money. Techno would like to take legal action against Danny for the price of the laptop.
