Darin and Daphne Dithers, and their excited children travelled from Pincher Creek, Alberta, to Adventure Land Lid., a theme park located in Vancouver. As they drove their car through the gate to the park an attendant charged them $450.00 and gave them Park Passes and a ticket which instructed them to park their car in Lot B, Space 2, which they did. As they left the lot and entered the Theme Park Darin Dithers noticed a sign on the metal fencing but did not think much about it. The sign read: Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. Adventure Land, its agent and employees are not responsible for damage to vehicles or loss of contents even if caused by the negligence of Adventure Land. Before they were allowed to go on any of the rides in the Park, Darin and Daphne were asked to sign Waivers of Liability. They were also asked to sign Waivers for their underage children, which they did. The children signed those Waivers just below their parents' signatures. (4 marks)
