Darus supplied 3 tonnes of Redwood at the price of RM 150,000 to the partnership firm of 'Citra, Lim and Partners.' Darus was not paid for the Redwood. He therefore sued only one partner, Citra, for the debt owed. Darus recovered RM 50,000 from Citra. Explain a partner's liability for the firm's debts and obligations under the Partnership Act 1961. Advise Darus, whether he can sue again to recover the remaining debt owed to him by the partnership.
