Database E/R Diagram Problem:

Design an E/R diagram of any application that has six entity sets and a similar number of relationship sets. Include different kinds of relations (many-one, many-many, etc) and different kinds of data (strings, integers, etc). Application shouldn't require advanced features such as weak entity sets and "is-a" relations.

Underline key attributes for entity sets and include arrowheads to show multiplicity of relationship sets. If there is a weak entity set or "is-a" relationship, notate them.

Once this is done, create a relational schema from the E/R. Specify nontrivial functional dependencies for the relation. If each relation isn't in BCNF, decompose them until they are.
