a) A table, say Artists, has a field ArtistID and several other fields. The database designer created the table with a Primary Key constraint on ArtistID. A row with ArtistID = 101 is already in the table. What will happen if somebody (i.e., a SQL INSERT statement) then tries to insert a new row that also has an Artist ID of 101 but at least some of its other data (column) values are different? Explain.

b)Use W3Schools.com/sql to write and run a query that will display the count of Customers in each City, including only those cities that have more than 1 customer. List the cities and their customer counts in descending order of number of customers. Show both the query and the resulting output here:
