data_register (path_al_zip): adds the data of the ZIP captures to the global data file capturas.csv. For each capture, a row will be stored with the fields of interest (joining Date and Time in a single field Date_Capture with format YY / MM / DD HH: MM: SS) and an additional field Date_Importacion that contains the current date and time at the time to register (with the same format as Capture_Date).
