CEO of Macrosoft has appointed you as a project manager to take over a new IT software development project. The project's objective is to develop an application that would help their customer manage their wealth and improve the investment yield. The new software would act as a tool to manage the customer's stocks portfolio and provide a lOng-term forecast based on the analysis of the past performance of the stocks in the portfolio. In this assignment, three forecasting algorithms that are applicable to the stock price forecast fer the Hang Seng Index will be discussed. Data Set and Data Model for stock price forecast for one of the four industries sectors of shares in HKEX (Finance, Utilities, Properties and Commerce and Industry) will be created (with a description of each eld and justication of the selection) for the forecasting algorithms discussed in this assignment.
