Date: 11/03/2014 Place: Rosedale aged care facility John (D0B: 17/11/1950) is a 68-year-old resident. He has been a resident of the Rosedale aged care facility for the last two years. John and Rose live together in the facility. John requires high care while Rose requires low level care in terms of her personal care. Both share a common room in the low-level care section of the facility. Rose is the primary carer for her husband as well. Rose manages all the care related decisions. Rose's husband has a step daughter (Mona) who is a drug addict and not really involved in her father's care. Recently Rose reported to the personal care worker that she has seen Mona meeting her husband frequently and asking for money. On one day, she witnesses Mona snatching her father's wallet and taking his cards. Mona also pushed her father and took his gold ring. John sustained a skin tear on his left(L) arm when Mona pushed him. Rose has checked their accounts. On enquiry, she found that money has been used from their account without their permission. Do you think is it necessary to act against Rose's complaint
