Dato' Vinda delivered her antic car to Mahmud, her agent for the sale promotion. A month later, Mahmud sold the car to his uncle, Daud at the price of RM300,000.00 without informing Dato' Vinda.

Besides, Dato' Vinda instructed Mahmud to advertise the sale of a bungalow house in the local newspapers. On the other hand, Mahmud required Sheryl, a clerk at Dato' Vinda's office to do so.

Dato' Vinda later found out that the current price of her antic car in the market was RM400,000.00. She was also dissatisfied when knowing that Sheryl was the one who did the advertisement for her bungalow, not Mahmud. Dato' Vinda was very angry and claimed that Mahmud had failed to perform his responsibilities as an agent.

Advise Dato' Vinda.
