David, Sergio and Alan Dawa Dolma are partners in a general partnership. They are presently not happy with their partnership relationship. Alan and David decide that they would prefer to operate together and exclude Sergio because Sergio's business generation has been abysmal, and they believe his relationship in the partnership is causing partnership losses.
