Devin Moore is a 21-year-old criminal from Alabama who committed three acts of murder in the Fayette, Alabama police station in 2003. Moore killed two policemen and a police dispatcher after being booked on suspicion of stealing a car. After the murders, he fled in a patrol car. According to the media, after his recapture, he said, "Life is a video game. Everybody's got to die sometime."

The families of Moore's victims are taking legal action against Sony, Take-Two Interactive, Wal-Mart and GameStop for their part in the manufacturing and selling of the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
