Known, 600 MW Combined cycle power plant will developed in early 2018 with investment cost $7,714,330,000. It need 3 years for construction by schematic funding in early 2018 is 30%; 2019 is 60% and 2020 is 10%. In early 2021 the Power plant will start for operation in 6 hours/day, with capacity factor 85%, and will get income in every end of month for installment loan (with fix interest rate 1% per month).
This power plant have an approximate age of 20 years, and the maintenance cost will be paid for $15,000,000 in end of year 2026; $30,001,860 in end of year 2026; and $42,859,800 in end of year 2036.
Find, a. Cash flow diagram by using 2018 as present value. b. Calculate the installments at the end of each month for investment cost per $/kwh c. Maintenance cost per $/kwh
