Dear Coursehero,
Please provide an adequate response in the email below that is persuasive enough for me to drop this issue. Thank you.
Dear Arinuelo,
Learning Partner: Icon Training Centre
Qualification Unit: IG2
Examination venue: 9281
Examination date: 8 May 2021
Your results have been flagged during a routine check. The comparison of your unit results contained
one or more malpractice triggers, which have resulted in your risk assessment being called in for
review.
This has led us to believe that there may have been malpractice in the conduct of this assessment.
We will be reviewing your risk assessment.
Unfortunately in this instance we have not been able to investigate the allegation before results for
this sitting were issued.
Please note that until the conclusion of this investigation you will be unable to register for, or sit, any
other NEBOSH assessments.
We would be grateful if you could respond to us by 30 July 2021 and provide a written statement so
that this can be considered as part of the investigation. Please declare if the work submitted is all your
own and provide examples of any templates you used to complete your risk assessment.
Please send your response directly to p..t@nebosh.org.uk quoting our reference
number M6817 and your NEBOSH learner number.
NEBOSH allow 10 working days from the date of this letter for NEBOSH learners and Learning
Partners to respond to allegations, and provide information where necessary. Following this, we aim
to conclude the malpractice investigation within 40 working days. We therefore aim to conclude this
investigation on or before 27 September 2021.
We will of course keep you updated if we are able to conclude the investigation before this date, or in
the unlikely event that the investigation must be extended. Once a final decision has been made, we
will advise you of the outcome within 5 working days.
Our Policy on Malpractice is available for downloading from our website www.nebosh.org.uk.
We understand that an investigation at this stage will be disappointing but we are sure that you will
understand the need to ensure the integrity of the assessment process and to investigate all
irregularities.
Yours sincerely
Ethical Practice Team
