The presentation should include at minimum the following parts: - background introduction of the project - project scope - project schedule - project budget - project risks and risk management plan If you do not have the exact quantitative details, you can research and make the realistic assumptions as you create your presentation. Please record your presentation using the PowerPoint feature (or any other app/plugin) and submit along with your presentation file.
