I hope you are well. I have two essays that are due soon for my Public Law course and I am struggling a lot with them. I am also struggling a lot with understanding how to structure my Law essays (particularly Public Law ones) in general.

The essay questions I am currently struggling with are:

1. 'The decision in R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union [2017] UKSC 5 has redefined the relationship between the legislative and executive branches of government.'

Critically discuss, referring to relevant case law, statutes and academic literature.

2. Critically assess the role of constitutional conventions within the UK constitution
