Question 2 The Model Law on Electronic Commerce was established and implemented by the United Nations Commission of International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) to provide a framework for regulating electronic transactions. 2A) With the support of three (3) articles drawn from the text of the Model Law on Electronic Commerce (EC Model Law), examine how CHS (the buyer) and SMFS (the seller) were able to rely on the pro-forma invoice as the legally binding document of their agreement.

2B) On the basis of two (2) articles drawn from the text of the Model Law on Electronic Signatures (ES Model Law), how could SMFS rely on the electronically signed copy of the pro-forma invoice as a legally binding agreement.
