Dr. Smith,

This class really did change my view on informatics. I didn't fully understand what those in the field did, but I now feel I have a fairly good grasp on the basics of the field.

I learned about different styles of leadership and found room for improvement in my own style. I also think it's leadership that really impacts change initiatives. A good leader can make or break a department.
